Our Activities:

Every Thursday evening 06.30pm to 08.00pm we organise meditation and Mind Training sessions for public in our Jambudvipa Centre. About 40 to 50 people attend this sessions. We invite well experienced and trained practitioners for taking Mind Training Series on different topics.
